Sales Director-Banking Software

As a Sales Director for the India Market at One Intellect, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Winning New Engagements for One Intellect in identified accounts in the BFSI Segment. - Relationship Management in Existing Accounts. - Identifying leads in the existing and new accounts. - Mapping the key accounts and preparing detailed account plans including stakeholders, product usage and vendors, and leads. - Rigorously following the sales and relationship discipline. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes: - Good understanding of the IT landscape (infra & applications) of a Bank/Financial institution. - Understanding of software licensing, IT infra & Professional services spend, and contracting. - Consultative Selling. To qualify for this position, you must have: - MBA and B.Tech from a reputed institute. - 15+ years of experience in selling banking software in the India market. - Cloud Certifications are a plus. Additionally, we are looking for candidates who: - Have strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Are highly flexible, adaptable, and creative. - Are comfortable interacting with senior executives within the company and at the client. - Possess strong leadership skills.
