Role Overview

The Sales Director is responsible for driving strategic business growth, managing key institutional accounts, and leading a high-value, solutions-driven B2B sales approach. The role involves coordinating with global teams, developing sales pipelines, and strengthening customer relationships across sectors such as packaging, closures, and specialty chemicals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Managing and growing key institutional accounts in sectors such as packaging, closures, specialty chemicals, and industrial.
  • Leading high-value, solutions-oriented B2B sales efforts with a focus on margin improvement.
  • Collaborating closely with global product, technical, and sales teams to align strategies and enhance customer value.
  • Navigating complex global matrix organizations and maturing stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Building and leading a capable sales team including regional sales managers and key account leads.
  • Ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery to clients with an emphasis on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
