Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative (Voice Services), your primary responsibility will be making multiple outbound calls to assigned B2B prospects. You will be tasked with developing sales opportunities by conducting thorough research on the prospective company, utilizing influencing and relationship-building skills, and effectively communicating the client's product/value proposition. It will be crucial for you to have the ability to comprehend key objections from prospects, address their concerns, and leverage your product knowledge and vendor-led training to alleviate any doubts and progress the sales cycle. Additionally, you will need to persistently follow up with prospects in a clear and timely manner to ensure positive outcomes. You will be expected to have a deep understanding of customer campaigns, products, and services in order to accurately convey customer brand identity to prospects. Providing detailed and concise feedback to the Voice Operations leads on outcomes such as conversions, rejects, and disinterest will also be a key part of your role. Furthermore, you will be required to engage in pre-sales outreach processes including AG, HQL, SQL, BANT, marketing, and sales lead qualification. Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, with a preference for experience in selling to technology stakeholders and senior stakeholders, including C-suite individuals within enterprise and SMB organizations. A proven track record of successful lead conversions through outbound calling and emails is essential. - Previous involvement in marketing and sales lead generation campaign teams with a focus on SQL, MQL, BANT, AG, etc. - Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to persuade effectively. You should be quick on your feet and capable of providing compelling rebuttals/responses to prospects during calls. - Demonstrated success in meeting targets for SQL, MQL, BANT, and AG campaigns. - Self-motivated, energetic, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment with a focus on achieving outcomes. Showing a high level of resilience is crucial. - A proactive individual who is eager to learn, collaborate with others, and open to receiving feedback.,
