Flam has raised a $14 million Series A round led by global technology investor RTP Global with participation from Dovetail and select others bringing the total funding to $22 million.The next phase of growth is to accelerate RD on its app-less GenAI infrastructure that lets brands create, publish and measure high-fidelity MR, 3D Digital experiences in

Key Focus Areas:

  • Product Roadmap: Upcoming releases include GenAI-driven 3D asset generation, Democratising MR deployment at scale, Enterprise Suite of Products across Industries, and Infrastructure for broadcasters and fan engagement.
  • Geography: Funds will support new enterprise pods in North America, Europe and the Middle East while deepening Asia operations.
  • Partnerships: Flam will expand its partner program for creative studios and global platforms, enabling Fortune 500 brands to move from pilot to rapid global roll-out.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct

    high-volume outbound prospecting

    (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) to generate qualified leads.
  • Research and identify potential clients, industries, and key decision-makers across the US market.
  • Communicate Flams value proposition effectively and qualify prospects against set criteria.
  • Schedule

    discovery calls, demos, or meetings

    for Sales/Account Executives.
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach and pipeline activity in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs related to lead generation and prospecting.
  • Stay updated on

    US market trends, competitor moves, and industry landscape

    .

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
  • 23 years of outbound sales, lead generation, or SDR experience (

    B2B preferred

    ).
  • Excellent

    communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills

    suited for US clients.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-driven personality.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and prospecting platforms.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS, IT services, or digital marketing industries.
  • Familiarity with

    sales automation tools

    (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, etc.).
  • Prior exposure to

    US clients or international markets
