What You will Do

  • Prospect and engage North American SMBs via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Learn Steps AI deeply and pitch it with clarity and confidence.
  • Own your sales pipelinefrom outreach to booked meetings.
  • Book 20+ qualified meetings per month.
  • Work directly with founders on messaging and strategy
  • Use tools like Apollo, Instantly, and HubSpot

You will Be Great If You

  • Have 1 to 3 years of outbound SDR/BDR experience (U.S. or global market preferred)
  • Treat sales as a craft, not a checklist
  • Can write sharp emails and handle no with confidence
  • Take full ownership of results and thrive with autonomy
  • Want to grow into an AE role within 612 months
  • Are comfortable working U.S. hours (6 PM3 AM IST)
