Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, company websites, industry events). Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and determine their suitability for our products/services. Build and maintain a database of qualified leads. Outreach and Engagement: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage potential leads. Deliver compelling and informative messages to capture leads' interest. Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team. Respond to inbound leads. Sales Pipeline Development: Nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline. Track and document all interactions with leads in the CRM system. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and appointments. Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on market insights and lead quality. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on lead generation strategies. Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and progress. Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.
