Key Responsibilities: - Proactively identify and engage with potential customers through targeted outreach via phone, email, social media, and other channels. - Qualify inbound and outbound leads to pinpoint high-potential opportunities. - Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to drive new business and guide prospects through the sales funnel. - Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, ensuring consistent follow-up, tracking, and prioritization based on value and engagement readiness. - Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align on messaging, campaigns, and strategies. - Track key performance metrics such as outreach activity, response rates, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities to refine outreach tactics. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior SDRs, sharing best practices and supporting their professional growth. Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in B2B sales development focusing on SaaS/PaaS or technology solutions. - Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and lead qualification techniques. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft). - Ability to build relationships with decision-makers and influencers across all levels within prospect organizations. - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. - Passion for mentoring and supporting the growth of others in their sales careers.
