Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in B2B sales development focusing on SaaS/PaaS or technology solutions. - Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and lead qualification techniques. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft). - Ability to build relationships with decision-makers and influencers across all levels within prospect organizations. - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. - Passion for mentoring and supporting the growth of others in their sales careers.
