Deep expertise in the SaaS sales cycle, including the mechanics of Freemium-to-Paid conversion, product-led growth, and low-friction demo enrolment.
Proactively engage high-intent trial users who show deep product usage but have not yet converted, providing personalized support to resolve adoption blockers (Trial Success Support). Ø Conduct timely, professional sales follow-ups on all BoFU MQLs, including leads from Demo Enrollment campaigns, Freemium-to-Paid workflows, and Abandoned Purchase carts. Ø Work in lockstep with the SaaS Execution SME to analyze the performance of automated campaigns, identifying points of friction where human intervention (the SDR) can be most effective. Ø Execute follow-up calls for closure on qualified leads nearing the end of their free trial or in negotiation for annual contracts. Ø Systematically gather and report field intelligence—reasons for non-conversion, common objections, and feature requests—back to the SaaS Execution SME.
3+ years as an SDR or Sales Development Specialist, with specific experience in B2B SaaS/HCM and high-volume sales environments
Demonstrated success in executing Sales follow-ups on BoFU MQLs and managing closure workflows for highly qualified leads.
