Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role is pivotal in expanding our customer base by engaging with inbound leads and generating new outbound opportunities for our Cybersecurity and IT service offerings globally,

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound Lead Engagement:

• Qualify and follow up on inbound inquiries related to Loginsofts cybersecurity products and services.
• Understand client needs and align them with our solutions.

• Outbound Prospecting:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients in target sectors (e.g., healthcare, finance, telecom etc.,).
• Execute personalized outreach campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn.

Lead Qualification & CRM Management:

• Conduct quick discovery calls to assess prospect fit and readiness.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates in the CRM system.

• Cross-Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience dedicated to the USA region in Inside sales, business/sales development, lead generation (mandatory in Cybersecurity or IT services).
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working work in US time-zone in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Total familiarity with CRM and LeadGen tools (e.g., Salesforce, LI Sales Nav, Zoom Info, Outreach etc.,).
• Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
