About The Role

Sales Development Representative (SDR)


You’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and creating opportunities for export sales of mineral sands and allied products. You’ll collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager to ensure a strong sales pipeline and consistent communication with clients.


The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers . You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships. 


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 - 2 years' of relevant work experience in sales role
  • B2B Sales experience is highly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Zoho preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Willingness to learn product and industry knowledge in minerals and exports.

 

Responsibilities

  • Drive new prospect outreach activities generating potential clients
  • Conduct a thorough qualifying process to identify sales qualified leads
  • Book meetings with qualified prospects and senior management
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
  • Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
