Role Overview :

As an SDR, you'll be the initial point of contact for potential clientsenergizing our sales pipeline

by initiating conversations, showcasing the value of Engati, and setting up qualified meetings for

our Account Executives. You'll play a foundational role in driving customer acquisition and

revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prospect and identify potential clients across channels such as email, LinkedIn, and inbound web leads.
  • Qualify leads and manage outreach cadence using cold emails, calls, and social messaging.
  • Schedule meetings and demo appointments for Account Executives.
  • Conduct research to understand a prospect's industry, challenges, and objectives.
  • Track activities, inspect pipeline health, and update records in the CRM.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing to fine-tune messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Analyze pipeline performance metrics and suggest improvements to outreach strategies and qualification criteria.
  • Support inbound lead handling, fielding preliminary inquiries and guiding prospects through initial qualification.
  • Participate in industry events and webinarsrepresent Engati, generate leads, and strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications :

  • 12 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound prospecting (SAAS, tech sales a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with CRM tools and sales automation software.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong curiosity and adaptability.
  • Ability to quickly understand and communicate technical solutions in a conversational AI context .
