About the Role We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Support & Systems Administrator to join our growing IT team in Hyderabad This individual will play a key role in maintaining our IT infrastructure, supporting global operations, and ensuring secure and seamless system performance across all endpoints. The ideal candidate will be proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working in both independent and collaborative environments. Key Responsibilities Manage and resolve IT support tickets promptly through our ticketing system, covering hardware, software, and network issues across Windows and Mac environments. Provide installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for Windows 10/11 and basic Mac OS configurations. Administer and secure endpoints using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) — ensuring compliance with organizational security policies. Perform routine patching, updates, and vulnerability assessments to maintain a secure and compliant IT environment. Support configuration, provisioning, and monitoring of user devices and accounts. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize system performance, security, and user experience. Document technical processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing. Stay current with new tools, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT infrastructure and endpoint management. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of Windows OS (10/11) and basic working knowledge of Mac OS . Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Management (Intune) or similar endpoint administration platforms. Familiarity with networking fundamentals , VPNs, and IT security best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage time effectively and work well independently or as part of a team. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or currently pursuing). Good-to-Have Skills Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud . Exposure to ITSM or ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Freshservice . Relevant certifications: MCSA, MCSE, or Intune Administrator Associate .
