As a Sales Development Representative (Arabic Speaking) at Tumodo, you will have the exciting opportunity to redefine the business travel experience. Key responsibilities include: - Conducting outbound prospecting through various channels to generate and qualify leads, with a focus on Arabic-speaking clients. - Researching and identifying key decision-makers within target organizations. - Building and nurturing relationships with prospects to comprehend their business needs and pain points. - Collaborating with the sales team to schedule qualified appointments and hand off leads for further development. - Utilizing CRM software to track and manage lead interactions effectively. - Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation and qualification. - Staying informed about industry trends and product/service knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions. - Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales and communication skills. Qualifications required for success: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or telemarketing. - Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. - Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
