Job Description

As a Lead - Sales Development / Sales Development Manager at InterviewVector, you will play a crucial role in driving sales expansion across the US Market. Your responsibilities will include: - Owning, designing, and executing the lead generation process for both US and Domestic markets to ensure a steady pipeline for growth. - Personally prospecting and qualifying leads while guiding your team to consistently achieve targets. - Coaching a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to excel in prospecting, qualifying leads, and meeting targets. - Managing the entire pre-sales journey, from the first outreach to delivering high-quality, qualified leads to Account Executives. - Working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and optimize the approach. The ideal candidate for this role would have: - 4+ years of experience in SDR roles, including leadership in B2B SaaS, with hands-on experience in the US market. - Comfortable leading teams across both US and Domestic sales. - Thriving in a startup environment by taking initiative to build processes and drive results. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially in engaging senior US decision-makers. - Strong ability to analyze sales data, optimize processes, and provide actionable insights to guide the team. - Comfortable working mid-shift to overlap with both US and Domestic teams.
