Role Introduction
Owing to our substantial growth plans we are desirous of recruiting Professionals for our Executive Search Division, who will be responsible to expand our clientele and drive sustainable growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients..
Key Responsibility and Duties
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other prospecting methods.
- Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and target accounts.
- Engage with inbound leads to qualify prospects and move them further in the sales funnel.
- Nurture and maintain relationships with potential customers until they are ready to engage with Account Executives.
- Deliver compelling pitches to introduce company products/services.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation and sales activity targets. Manage and update CRM with accurate prospect information and activity logs.
Knowledge/Skills Required
This position would attract professionals with Business Development and Lead generation experience in the international market, with excellent communication (spoken & written) and hunger for success, with aspirations of making an outstanding career in Global Business Development in the HR-Executive Search industry.
- Proven experience as a Business Development or Sales Executive.
- Experience in B2B Saas Sales - would be a plus point
- Should have Sales Account management & Relationship management skills.
- Possess the tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets.
- Possess excellent telephonic communication capabilities for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with customers and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients.
- Should have experience in handling quotations and negotiation skills to close business deals.
- Must be results orientated, motivated by success and achievement.
- Should possess the ability to work under pressure and be prepared to work in a fast-moving environment where key objectives need to be met on pre-agreed timescales.
- Must be an enthusiastic team player with an innovative approach. Be self-motivated and be able to influence various stakeholders in the business cycle
Working Hours
