Sales Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

As a Sales and Marketing Professional in an automotive retail environment located in Juinagar, Navi Mumbai, you will be responsible for the following: Role Overview: You will be expected to perform effectively as a part of a team while also being able to work independently to prioritize and schedule your tasks. It is essential that you believe in the company's success and demonstrate a vested interest in achieving the set goals. Multi-tasking and self-motivation are key traits required for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner - Think quickly and handle ambiguity effectively - Establish rapport and build meaningful relationships with clients - Negotiate skillfully to find win-win solutions - Proactively seek feedback, ask clarifying questions, and resolve issues in a non-confrontational manner Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or customer service in an automotive retail setting - Proficiency in working with CRM tools and a high level of comfort with digital technology - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Business and financial acumen demonstrated in daily work - Professional personal appearance - Willingness to work on Saturdays and Weekdays from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm Please note that the company requires individuals who are self-starters with a strong drive to succeed.
