As a Salesforce Automotive Cloud Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering customized CRM solutions specifically designed for the automotive industry. Your role will involve implementing and configuring various features of Salesforce Automotive Cloud to streamline operations within the automotive retail ecosystem. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable CRM workflows. Key responsibilities include configuring Salesforce Automotive Cloud features such as Vehicle Lifecycle Management, Dealer & OEM Relationship Management, Service Scheduling, and Connected Vehicle Data integration. You will design solutions using Salesforce core and industry-specific objects, develop Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Flows, and Apex classes/triggers as needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of CRM workflows. Additionally, you will integrate Automotive Cloud with external systems like DMS, ERP, and telematics platforms, customize dashboards and reports, and ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry regulations. Providing end-user training and support to business stakeholders will also be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in the Salesforce CRM ecosystem and hands-on experience with Salesforce Automotive Cloud. Strong knowledge of automotive retail and service operations, proficiency in Salesforce configuration, Flow Builder, and LWC/Apex, and familiarity with Salesforce integration tools are essential.
