Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Attend to walk-in customers at the store 2. Understand customer needs and guide them through product selections 3. Maintain store presentation and assist with basic inventory tasks 4. Respond promptly to inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social media platforms 5. Follow up with leads, including website abandoned carts 6. Conduct video call consultations to assist online customers with product choices 7. Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team for order fulfillment and updates 8. Maintain a professional, helpful, and friendly tone with customers 9. Build relationships to encourage repeat sales and referrals 10. Address customer concerns or queries in a timely and efficient manner Preferred candidate profile Only those candidates can apply who have minimum 1 years of experience Other requirements 1. Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred 2. Good communication skills in English and regional languages 3. Comfortable with using WhatsApp, Instagram, and handling basic e-commerce tools 4. Confident and presentable on video calls 5. Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail 6. Positive attitude and willingness to learn
