About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Attend to walk-in customers at the store 2. Understand customer needs and guide them through product selections 3. Follow up with leads, including website abandoned carts 6. Conduct video call consultations to assist online customers with product choices 7. Build relationships to encourage repeat sales and referrals 10.
