Job Title: Client Handler / Client Relationship Executive

Job Summary:

We are a Real Estate company and is looking for a Client Handler to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met efficiently. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, manage communication, resolve issues, and ensure overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Understand clients’ needs, objectives, and expectations to deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of services or products.
  • Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status, performance, and client feedback.
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling company products or services.
  • Maintain accurate client records and communication logs in CRM or relevant systems.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Follow up regularly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Support management with client-related insights and recommendations for process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: 10+2 OR Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: 0–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer relationship roles.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Professional and customer-focused attitude.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based

Salary:

  • Competitive base pay with incentives/performance bonuses based on client satisfaction and retention.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
