Telecaller / Telesales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team in Real Estate. The primary responsibility is to make outbound calls (and/or attend inbound calls) to potential and existing customers to promote products or services, generate leads, and maintain customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
• Answer incoming calls from customers and address inquiries or resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback in the database.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed sales or appointments.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
• Handle customer objections efficiently and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and company policies.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 10+2 or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (freshers may apply).
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
• Persuasive and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
• Good command of English and local language(s).

Work Environment:

• Office-based (Onsite)

Salary:

• Competitive base salary plus incentives/commission based on performance.
• Real estate experience Experienced preffered.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
