Sales Counselor

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Counselor to join our team. The Sales Counselor is responsible for guiding prospects through the sales process, providing product or service information, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from initial contact to closing the sale. Key Responsibilities: Proactively engage with prospective clients through in-person meetings, phone calls, email, or online platforms. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products, services, and pricing structures. Conduct tours (for real estate, senior living, education, etc., if applicable). Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert them into sales. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular sales reports. Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and outreach. Attend training sessions, sales meetings, and industry events as required. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is preferred. Industry-specific experience (e.g., real estate, senior living, education, automotive) is a plus.
