About the Role


We are seeking energetic and driven Sales Counsellors who can connect with learners, understand their goals, and guide them toward choosing the right upskilling programs. If you enjoy performance-driven roles, meaningful conversations, and converting interest into enrollments, this role is a strong fit.


Key Requirements


Fluent English communication is mandatory


1–4 years of total experience, including 6–12 months in EdTech Sales (upskilling program experience preferred)


Minimum graduate degree required


Should be comfortable working 6 days a week


Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets


Strong communication, negotiation & objection-handling skills


Target-driven, self-motivated, and a strong team contributor



Key Responsibilities


Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound and follow-up calls


Understand learner needs and recommend relevant programs


Conduct impactful conversations to present course value & outcomes


Address queries, resolve objections, and close successful enrollments


Maintain strong learner relationships for long-term engagement


Update and maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and insights
