About the Role:

Greenvent Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Coordinator (Female) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, generate leads, and deliver professional sales presentations.

This role requires enthusiasm for client engagement, strong technical understanding, and the confidence to represent the company in various forums and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Coordination

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Understand client requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.

Lead Generation

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client base.

Generate leads through open-market engagement, networking, and referrals.

Communication & Documentation

Draft professional emails and proposals with clarity and precision.

Prepare impactful presentations and sales reports.

Technical & Market Knowledge

Demonstrate good technical understanding of mechanical or related engineering concepts.

Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and share insights for business growth.

Travel & Representation

Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and trade events.

Represent Greenvent Pvt. Ltd. at exhibitions, conferences, and seminars.

Qualification & Experience:

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Management (Mandatory).

B.Tech in Mechanical or Computer Science preferred.

Experience:

3 to 5 years of proven experience in a sales or client-handling role.

Skills & Attributes:

Excellent communication in English (verbal & written)

Strong sales, lead generation, and negotiation skills

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Technically sound, self-motivated, and results-driven

Excellent email writing and market research abilities
