Sales Coordinators

As a Customer Service Representative, your role involves handling all telephonic and Email inquiries from customers efficiently and in a friendly manner. You will be responsible for taking pricing from vendors, following up in case of delays, and negotiating terms. Additionally, you will prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and negotiate terms that are best suited for them. Key Responsibilities: - Handle all telephonic and Email inquiries from customers - Take pricing from vendors, follow up in case of delays, and negotiate terms - Prepare and follow up on quotations with clients - Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support - Inform clients of any unforeseen delays or problems - Record the progress of all inquiries and create monthly reports - Efficiently track client orders and maintain paperwork - Manage HP/Dell Portal for order executions - Assign IT calls to engineers and coordinate site technicians for PAN India sites Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills - Strong negotiation abilities - Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Familiarity with HP/Dell Portal is a plus If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them for further insights into the company culture and values.,
