POSITION SUMMARY AND PURPOSE

Western India Cashew is looking to recruit an energetic Sales Coordinator with FMCG industry background for Kollam Location on immediate basis.

Job Description:

➢ Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.

➢ Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.

➢ Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.

➢ Managing and cross verifying conveyance expense ofsalesteam and ensuring timely process ofthe same in coordination with the accounts team.

➢ Managing promotional activities.

➢ Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.

➢ Visiting the market as per the requirement of job

➢ Ensure the inventory of custom sales presentation materials such as brochures and presentation folder always up to date.

Sales Coordinator Required Skills/Abilities:

➢ Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

➢ Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

Qualification & Additional requirements:

➢ MBA – Marketing or post graduate degree in related field.

➢ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.

➢ Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
