Job Description:

We are hiring a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator with prior experience in the TMT Steel industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling client coordination, sales support, and internal communication efficiently. Preference will be given to female candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team and clients to ensure smooth order processing
• Handle inquiries and follow up with clients for order confirmations and delivery schedules
• Maintain accurate sales records, quotations, and client databases
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatches
• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues
• Manage internal documentation related to TMT steel orders

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the TMT Steel industry is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
• Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
