Job Description

Experience : - 1 - 2 years Qualification - Any graduate Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter sales orders into the ERP system and maintain up-to-date records. (Alpha + Distributor + Stockist + QC + Corporate + FC + Other) (With Payment Approval) Coordinate with the warehouse team to address out-of-stock situations and prioritize product replenishment. Monitor and work towards maintaining a high fulfillment ratio by minimizing delays and stock-outs. (Reports Level) Coordination between warehouse & Sales (Upsell items which are in stock) Act as the main point of contact between the offline sales team and the warehouse to ensure smooth communication. (For Logistics) Provide timely updates on stock availability and order status to the sales team. Prepare daily and weekly reports on order processing, stock levels, and fulfillment performance.
