Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in managing schedules, client communications, and follow-ups.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction.
• Support the sales team in organizing promotional events and campaigns.
• Maintain an organized database of client information and sales activities.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Sales Coordinator position should meet the following qualifications:

• Education: A bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: 0 to 1 year of relevant work experience in sales or coordination roles.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
