Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Area Sales Manager at Orient Solar. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets within the designated area by identifying and nurturing business opportunities. The Area Sales Manager will work on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and providing solutions tailored to customer needs. Responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research to identify trends, and preparing regular sales reports for management review. The role will require frequent customer interactions and travel within the assigned territory. Qualifications Experience in Sales and Business Development, including analyzing market trends and expanding customer bases. Proficiency in relationship management, client communication, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of solar energy solutions and renewable energy industry trends is preferred. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve measurable outcomes. Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office applications. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Previous experience in the power, solar, or renewable energy sector will be an advantage.
