Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and counsel prospective students for IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, GRE, SAT, and related programs.
  • Achieve monthly and annual enrolment & revenue targets.
  • Follow up on walk-in, online, and referral leads through CRM.
  • Attend student inquiries, provide course details, and convert into enrolments.
  • Schedule demo sessions & counselling appointments; coordinate with faculty/counsellors.
  • Track demo session attendance and follow up on no-shows.
  • Maintain professional communication with students, resolve queries, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Submit timely reports and maintain accurate lead/enrolment records.
  • Adhere to organizational processes and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with 1–3 years of sales/counselling experience (education sector preferred).
  • Strong calling and communication skills.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable using CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
