Sales & Dispatch Coordinator (Admin + CRM)

Location: Nangloi, New Delhi

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart and reliable Sales & Dispatch Coordinator to manage day-to-day coordination between transporters, drivers, clients, sales team, and internal dispatch operations. This role also involves client follow-ups, lead handling from portals like IndiaMART and TradeIndia, order processing, and basic HR assistance. If you are organized, good at communication, and can handle multiple tasks efficiently, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch & Transport Coordination

  • Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and dispatch in-charge for daily material movement
  • Share site locations, driver numbers, and delivery updates with clients and sales team
  • Track dispatch status and confirm delivery with clients
  • Maintain records of all dispatches, PODs, and vehicle details

Sales & CRM Support

  • Take repeat orders from existing clients and pass them to dispatch team
  • Follow up on pending enquiries from clients and support sales staff
  • Manage basic data entry related to orders, quotations, and dispatch status
  • Maintain regular communication with project and dealer sales teams

Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Generate new leads from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, JustDial etc.
  • Follow up with prospects via call, email, WhatsApp and convert them into orders
  • Maintain lead sheet and update owner on progress weekly

Payment Follow-up

  • Daily follow-up calls and emails to companies and dealers for outstanding payments
  • Send timely reminders through WhatsApp and email
  • Maintain a tracker of payment status and escalate in case of delays

HR & Admin Support

  • Assist with staff attendance, labor coordination, and basic HR documentation
  • Coordinate for interviews and new hiring with the owner’s guidance
  • Support owner with daily updates and operational oversight.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
