Job Description

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and clients. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining customer satisfaction and facilitating efficient sales operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing proposals, sales reports, and presentations. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and sales calls. Process sales orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery. Maintain and update customer databases (e.g., CRM systems). Handle customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve basic issues. Collaborate with logistics, finance, and marketing teams to align sales processes and ensure smooth execution. Prepare and monitor sales metrics, reports, and forecasts. Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and build relationships. Support the preparation and execution of promotional campaigns and trade shows.
