Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Maintain and update daily trackers to ensure tasks are on schedule; coordinate and follow up on any delays.
  • Prepare and manage weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Provide administrative and data support to the Sales Team.
  • Coordinate with field staff and customers for smooth communication.
  • Address customer queries related to product information promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain and organize sales-related data on a monthly basis.
  • Assist the sales team with various data-driven tasks and reporting requirements.
  • Conduct customer follow-up and support calls as needed.
  • Note:

    This role does not involve sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
