Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, content marketing). Manage social media presence across platforms (content creation, engagement, analytics). Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, sales). 2. Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across social media and influencer marketing campaigns. 3. Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy aligned with business goals. Manage and maintain brand presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with social media trends to drive engagement and growth. Monitor, respond, and engage with followers, comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. 4. Content Creation & Campaign Execution: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, and live sessions). Develop content calendars ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging. Optimize content for each platform to maximize reach and engagement. 4. Influencer Marketing & Community Building: Identify, collaborate, and manage relationships with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors in the veterinary and pet care industry. Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to expand brand reach and credibility. Build an online community and engage with relevant groups, forums, and pet owners. 5. E-Commerce & Digital Growth: Support social media-driven e-commerce initiatives, including product promotions, campaigns, and online sales strategies. Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to drive traffic to online marketplaces and brand websites. Utilize social media ads and paid promotions to boost sales and conversions. 6. Analytics & Performance Reporting: Track and analyze key social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversion rates, and ROI). Generate regular reports and insights for continuous improvement. Stay updated on new trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to optimize performance. 7. Website and Tab Data Management: Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Manage tab data, including organization and optimization. Requirements: 1. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Certifications in social media marketing or digital advertising are a plus. 2. Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media management, influencer marketing, and/or e-commerce. Proven track record in growing brand presence and executing successful influencer collaborations. 3. Skills: Strong creative and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in social media management tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.). Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
