Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents especially B/L, and communicating relevant information

- Provide support to the creation and management of quotation

- Client visits for sales meetings, site inspections, and on-site supervision

- Coordinate with overseas vendor suppliers by preparing documentation such as invoice and shipment info.

- Maintaining accurate records and files by established procedures.

- Demonstrating attention to detail in data entry and document processing tasks.

- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.

Necessary Skill / Experience:

import/export-related documents

B/L and quotation.

SAP experience & knowledge
