Role & responsibilities

  • Sales Support:

    Provide admin help, arrange meetings, ensure materials are available, process orders accurately and on time.
  • Customer Interaction:

    Respond to inquiries, provide product info, handle complaints, and manage follow-ups.
  • Data & Reporting:

    Maintain the CRM, update customer databases, track sales data, and generate reports for management.
  • Coordination:

    Schedule team activities, coordinate with marketing, logistics, and other departments.
  • Administrative Tasks:

    Prepare sales presentations, manage sales calendars, and organize sales materials/events.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Strong organization & multitasking abilities

Proficiency in MS Office & CRM software

Problem-solving & customer-oriented mindset

Ability to handle shifting priorities
