Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to follow up with clients and leads. Coordinate with the sales team to manage and update CRM or Excel-based lead trackers. Share quotations, proposals, and product details via email or WhatsApp. Support the sales team by scheduling meetings, demos, or follow-ups. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and MIS updates. Assist with order processing and customer queries. ✅ Requirements: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and email communication. Good verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi/regional language). Organized, with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
