Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator in Ahmedabad with 1-2 years of experience, your role involves coordinating with customers and the sales team to manage inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups. You will be responsible for preparing and sending quotations, proforma invoices, and other sales-related documents accurately and on time. Your duties will also include maintaining and updating customer records, sales trackers, and reports in coordination with the sales department. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with the Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery. - Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and other documentation required by the management. - Handle routine correspondence and support sales executives during client visits, exhibitions, or demos. - Support the marketing team with lead generation and initial client communication if required. - Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors Degree (preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field). - Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination (preferably in machinery). - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. - Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. - Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
