Job Description

The senior executive should promptly attend to customers on email , telephone and wats app immediately for their inquires
The inquires should be acknowledged and replied to in a timely manner
Negotiate ocean freight rates with Shipping lines , International agents and Local agents
Quote the customer, negotiate with customer in proper manner and to match their expectations
Update all customers for all their critical milestones of the shipment if needed
Maintain a DSR for all shipments
Follow up with existing customers for new business
Working with the team and supporting each other
Speaking and writing emails in English
