Position description: Acquire new customers for liabilities from open market Assist the CRS unsecured loans for conversion of existing borrowing customers for liabilities Enhance the relationship with the existing customers by crossselling products and services as per the profile and need of the customers Trainassist customers to use ATM and BCs drive usage of alternate channels Primary Responsibilities: Business Meet the set targets on liabilities in terms of open market acquisition and existing customer conversion Understand need and acquire customers who meet the criteria for liability products through either of the below channels Leads generated by branch staff and personal leads Referrals generated from existing customers Alternate channels Maintain the database of the prospects meet select prospects and manage the relationship thereafter Accompany CRS Unsecured loans on the field for actively driving conversion of existing borrowing customers into liabilities customer Cross sell other secured loan products of Ujjivan and pass quality leads to respective loan officers Share customer insightsproduct related feedback with the Sales Manager LiabilitiesCustomersInteract with customers in a courteous and professional manner provide prompt efficient and accurate services Reduce customer dormancy and customer attrition by continuous engagement interaction Resolves the customer queries on various accounts FD RD remittances and third party productInternal Processes Guide the customer to fill the Account Opening Form ensure receipt and verification of KYC documents obtain customer signatures on all mandatory documents Strictly adhere and maintain compliance to KYC norms Drive the usage of alternate channels such as ATMs BCs and assist customers to use ATMs for dispensing cashLearning and Performance Maintain up to date knowledge of the liabilities products and services as well as a working knowledge of other products offered in the branch Resolve queries raised by CRS unsecured loans wrt liability products and support them in selling liabilities Ensure adherence to training mandays mandatory training programs for self Ensure goal setting midyear review and performance appraisal processes are completed within specified timelines

Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the collection process of outstanding debts from customers. Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize bad debt and improve cash flow. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer disputes and payment issues. Analyze and report on delinquency trends and provide insights for improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Maintain accurate records and reports of all transactions and interactions. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of legal principles and practices related to receivables. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Experience working in the BFSI industry is preferred.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, billing software/POS). Knowledge of Hindi and basic English (local language fluency preferred).
