Job Description

Role Overview:


Responsible for managing daily sales operations, maintaining CRM records, coordinating between teams, and supporting the sales process from lead to order completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update CRM data, sales records, and customer databases.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.
  • Handle order entry, tracking, and coordination with production/dispatch.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, follow up on orders, and resolve basic issues.
  • Coordinate between sales, marketing, production, and logistics teams.
  • Track sales team attendance, customer visits, and follow-up actions.
  • Share leads with salespersons and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales reports.
  • Arrange client meetings, product demos, and factory visits.
  • Assist in onboarding/training new sales team members.
  • Greet and coordinate with visiting customers.
  • Support other regions sales operations when required.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in CRM and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Accuracy in data handling and reporting.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
