Job Description

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and order confirmations.
  • Manage customer orders from inquiry to delivery and post-sales follow-up.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, warehouse) for timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain and update CRM with client interactions and order status.
  • Respond to customer queries via email or phone professionally and promptly.
  • Generate reports including sales forecasts and performance metrics for management.
  • Support marketing events like exhibitions and product launches.
  • Basic knowledge of Tally or accounting is an added advantage.

Required Skills & Tools:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of Tally
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Understanding of basic accounting and customer service principles
