Sales Coordinator - Modern Trade

Role Overview: As a Sales Coordinator, you will collaborate with the sales team daily to create and maintain sales reports. Your role involves monitoring the team's progress, identifying any shortcomings, and proposing improvements. Additionally, you will maintain organized sales records and assist in setting month-end goals. You will be responsible for arranging the creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to aid the sales team in generating business leads. Furthermore, you will be tasked with monitoring and organizing inventory while effectively tracking new services and products for sale. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the sales team to create and maintain sales reports - Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements - Maintain organized sales records and assist in month-end goal setting - Arrange for the creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents - Monitor and organize inventory while tracking new services and products for sale Qualifications Required: - Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Microsoft Windows, and Excel spreadsheets using vlookup and pivot tables - Strong skills in organization, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking with a commitment to excellence - Proven experience in sales, with experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions considered a plus - Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The preferred education requirement is a Bachelor's degree. The ideal candidate should have a total of 3 years of work experience, with 2 years specifically in coordination.
