Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Client Coordination
• Handle client inquiries with discretion and elegance.
• Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and presentations for the sales/design team.
• Maintain detailed client profiles, preferences, and communication logs.
• Sales Process Management
• Prepare and update quotations, Sales orders, and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely fulfilment of client orders.
• Track inventory, product samples, and supplier updates.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain order tracking logs, Leads dashboards, and Monthly performance reports.
• Assist in compiling product documentation, lookbooks, and invoices.
• Support in maintaining confidentiality and exclusivity in all transactions.
• Vendor Liaison and Internal Support
• Coordinate with global and domestic vendors for timelines, pricing, and availability.
• Assist in sourcing bespoke products or alternates based on client needs
• Work closely with the Operations Manager and Directors to ensure alignment of sales and execution.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Interior Design, Marketing, or related field.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in a luxury, design, Furniture, Luxury Retail or client-facing sales coordination role.
• Excellent command over written and spoken English.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and discretion.
• Ability to manage multiple high-value clients and timelines simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
