Job Summary

We are seeking a technically sound Sales Coordinator with strong communication and coordination skills to support our sales operations. The role includes handling client correspondence, sending quotations, addressing techno-commercial queries, coordinating field trials, and visiting client sites when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with clients and send quotations/offers
Handle technical and commercial queries
Coordinate with on-field staff for trials and demos
Visit client sites as required
Maintain sales records and follow-ups
Support sales team with documentation and reports

Requirements

Strong technical understanding of industrial coatings
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & vernacular language)
Proficient in MS Office; CRM software knowledge is a plus
Willingness to travel occasionally
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
