Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling quotations, invoice processing, purchase orders, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth workflow and timely order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle quotations, invoice processing, and purchase orders related to sales activities.
Coordinate with the sales team by managing schedules, maintaining filing systems, and communicating relevant information promptly.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of all sales orders.
Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and documentation.
Support sales team in preparing sales reports and tracking sales performance.
Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues related to orders and deliveries.
Assist in coordinating logistics and delivery schedules with relevant departments.
