Job Description

Coordinate with
Legal, Technical, Credit, and Disbursement teams
for smooth processing of loan files.
Ensure accurate
documentation, verification, and file management
before login to avoid discrepancies.
Provide
sales support
by tracking applications, updating status, and maintaining MIS reports.
Monitor
TAT at each stage
and follow up to ensure timely sanctions and disbursements.
Act as a
bridge between sales teams and operations
, ensuring seamless communication and query resolution.
Assist in
compliance, audit requirements, and process improvements
for the LAP product.
