Job Description

Sales coordinator cum digital marketing executive Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team in daily operations, including preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations. Coordinate with internal departments (marketing team) to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information on products, pricing, and availability. Generating leads through google through making calls and forward leads to sales team. Maintain and update customer databases and sales records. Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports for management. Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments for the sales team. Prepare quotation and production copy, Process sales orders, invoices, and follow up on deliveries and payments. Support the team with organizing trade shows, promotional events, or marketing campaigns. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management. Involve 20% into digital marketing, preparing post, simple editing in Canva and post to Instagram and Facebook etc. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with sales and customer service processes.
