Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator at Falcon Pipes Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Handle customer & dealer inquiries efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction. - Prepare quotations and price lists accurately to support sales activities. - Coordinate effectively with dispatch & production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. - Maintain daily sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. - Support field sales executives in their daily activities to drive sales growth. - Manage customer data in Excel / CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. - Coordinate basic complaints with QC/Production teams to address customer concerns promptly. - Track monthly sales targets to monitor progress and achieve sales goals effectively. The key skills required for this role include: - Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati to interact effectively with customers and team members. - Strong Excel & Email drafting skills to communicate efficiently and maintain records accurately. - Excellent coordination & follow-up abilities to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. - Knowledge of ERP/Tally software is a plus to streamline sales processes. - Plumbing/Pipe industry knowledge is preferred to understand the market and customer needs effectively. Qualifications: - Graduate in B.Com / BBA / BA / BSc to have a strong educational background. - Computer proficiency is required to handle various software and systems effectively. - 1-3 years of experience is preferred, but freshers can also apply to join the team. Please note that the salary offered for this position ranges from 12,000 to 25,000 per month based on experience.,
